If you are not happy with the proof/preview, we will offer you a full refund of your order before it goes into production.
After you approve your proof and your canvas goes into production, we can no longer offer a refund at this stage.
In cases where you receive the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or if your item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it for free, no questions asked. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.
If you did not receive an email after 7 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder.
Please remember that your custom artwork is based on the photo you upload with your order. It’s important to submit a high-quality, bright image to ensure the best results.

Shipping Times Within the US and Canada: Orders typically arrive within 1 week from the day artwork preview is approved.
Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the US.
For orders under $100 in the US, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.
For orders in Canada we charge $10 flat rate shipping.

You will receive an email with a preview/proof of your artwork before it is submitted for printing.
For the best results, we recommend high-resolution photos with your pet clearly visible. Avoid blurry or dark images. A headshot or close-up of your pet facing the camera works best.If your photo doesn’t meet the criteria needed, we will contact you to offer you guidance on finding a more suitable photo to upload for your custom portrait.
